* Mentioning any medication use (with or without hormones), pregnancy and activities can be important in connection with the treatments.

* You have a 1 week warranty after placing the product.

* In case of damage you must contact me within 1 week, then I will repair the damage free of charge. If the damage is deliberate (think of picking, nail biting or using nails as a tool) then the warranty will lapse.

* If you notice air under the gel polish or artificial nail, you must report this immediately to prevent bacteria / fungal nails. If a bacterium is detected, it is not possible to place an artificial nail. This needs to be treated and developed.

* An appointment can be rescheduled, however, 24 hours in advance and not on the day itself. If this does happen, half of the amount of the treatment will be charged.

* If you are unable to attend, you must report this in advance. Without notification, the following applies: a new appointment must be made 15 minutes after the agreed time and the full amount of € 16.00 will be charged.

* I do not repair or perform treatments on artificial nails that have been put on by third parties. This is because they work with other products. The chemical reaction that can arise as a result is therefore not justified. It is also possible that a bacteria has developed with the previous stylist.

-Cancel the appointment in case of flu or cold complaints. Even if the complaints are mild. Does one of your family members suffer from a fever? even then a new appointment will be scheduled after 2 weeks (of course I also cancel an appointment if I or 1 of my family members have these complaints).

-In the salon more time is planned for a treatment to avoid contact between customers. This also makes it possible to devote more time to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. I therefore ask you to come to your appointment on time.

-The payment for the treatment is preferably by bank transfer. Payment must be made in the salon.
